Qualified Food Safety Supervisor at each Camp
Food Safety Coordinator visits to camps every 12 weeks. HSE Advisor visits camps every 12 weeks. Field Supervisor visits every 8 weeks.
Trained First Aid Officers at each Camp
All staff onsite are trained in first aid so if there is ever a time it is required we are equipped for the job.
Only The Freshest Locally Sourced Ingredients
We strongly believe in the concept healthy body, healthy mind. We insist on buying only the freshest, seasonal ingredients possible.
Special Extras Included In Agreed Rates
We also hold a themed night once a month at each camp and Christmas Lunch and Dinner are included.

Accommodation Services & Camp Management
Caza Catering and Consultancy Services has been servicing remote camps throughout parts of Australia since 2008 in the Surat and Cooper Basins and Western Australia as well as other remote locations across Australia. Our management team has in excess of 80 years industry experience, ranging from the 2000 Sydney Olympics, to leading hotels of the world, to remote camp operations ranging from 20 - 1500 man camps.
